We're looking for a reliable, fast, and coachable Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations. This is an on-call role, primarily focused on prep and kitchen work, with optional opportunities to assist at events.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep (cutting, marinating, portioning ingredients)
• Support cooking alongside the chef
• Package and organize catering orders
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Follow instructions accurately and work efficiently under pressure

• Reliable and punctual

Requirements

• Previous kitchen experience is preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Comfortable with late nights and weekend shifts
